What do I have to do?
What we would like you to do is write a 500 word SWOT analysis for a business of your choice. If you haven't done this before or you are not familiar with what a SWOT analysis is, don't worry - we have provided a comprehensive list of companies that we suggest you make your selection from, and also the criteria for writing a successful entry. You can also read further useful information on writing a SWOT analysis.
What are the entry requirements?
If you are a student in full or part time college or university education, whether you are an under graduate or have already graduated and are aged sixteen or over, you will automatically qualify and are free to enter the competition. For further information please refer to Competition Rules.
How do I enter?
All entries must be submitted via Official Entry Form.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter as many times as you wish - providing that each of your entries is sent using a separate Entry Form. Obviously the more entries that you make, the greater your chances are of winning a prize!
How are the winners selected?
The entrant who, in the judge's opinion, has produced the most concise, comprehensive and in-depth SWOT analysis will win the First Prize of £500. The next best ten entries, in the judge's opinion, will each win a runner up Prize of £50.
How long do I have to enter?
The final closing date for entry in to the competition is midnight on 31st January 2008. But get your entry in as soon as possible - If we do not receive your completed entry by then, you will not qualify for entry. The winners will be announced on 14th February 2008.
