HOW CAN WE HELP YOU WITH YOUR DISSERTATION?

A strong dissertation requires a robust research design followed by appropriate statistical analysis. We can help in both these areas:

Research Design

You know what you want to investigate, but you don’t know how to put together a robust research design.

• Research Methodology: we can help with you everything from (1) selecting an appropriate epistemological and ontological stance, (2) selecting and justifying the type of research method(s) to use, including advice on both quantitative and qualitative methods, their benefits and limitations, (3) advising on issues of reliability and validity, (4) developing testable research questions and hypotheses, to (5) advising on appropriate sample size and techniques.

• Questionnaire Design: we can help you with everything from (1) developing appropriate questions, (2) simplifying the questionnaire and number of questions used, (3) advising on the reliability of a questionnaire, to (4) testing the reliability of a questionnaire. Some of these require us to perform statistical tests such as factor and cluster analysis (see statistical analysis).

Statistical Analysis

You’ve designed and carried out your research, now it is time to analyse your results. We can help in a number of ways:

• Selecting Statistical Test: we can help if you are not sure which is the appropriate test to run on your data

• Analyzing and Reporting Your Data: we can analyse your data using a wide range of statistical tests, ranging from basic statistical analysis, such as frequencies, averages and standard deviation to chi-square, t-tests, ANOVAs, and other more complex statistical techniques including factor and cluster analysis, structural equation modelling and others.

• Producing Tables and Graphs: we can help you to disseminate your results in a manner that can be understood easily by yourself and others.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

The process works in the following way:

1. You send us your research proposal and/or results and the deadline you have and we will provide you with a quote for the cost of completing the requirements you ask for.

2. Should you decide to employ our services we will ask you to pay and we will then complete your work.

3. We will then hand the completed work back to you by the deadline you set.

WHAT ARE THE BENFITS?

There are numerous benefits to our services. A lot of time and effort goes into completing a dissertation. Therefore, you want to be confident that you start the project correctly so that you do not waste your time incorrectly measuring your hypotheses. The last thing you want is to have made incorrect decisions about your methods early on in the project. Alternatively, you might have collected all your data but do not know how to find any important discoveries you might have made in your data. We can help start you off on the correct road to discovering your research aims and help you bring out the best in your data. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

After you send us your proposal or data we will evaluate it and provide you with a quote. This will usually be able to be completed within a day. The length of time to complete your requirements will usually be one week. If you have an immediate requirement and we judge it to be possible to complete on time then we will charge extra. We will not take on a piece of work if we feel there is not enough time to complete it.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Prices will vary depending on the size and complexity of your requirements but the cost starts from £100, increasing when more complex statistical testing is involved.
