The second part of the research leans on the review of the existing tourism sites, particularly the ones designed for Africa. During the work of this assignment the research on the Catering Business industry has been done and different sources are referenced. Assumptions have been done as to the problems associated with a lack of both integrated systems and a single shared database. Business analysis (SWOT, PEST, Porter's 5 forces) has been done with justifications. Problems with current system have been clarified. Management, technological and organisational issues associated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) have been discussed. This report also describes a proposed IT/IS strategic plan for the next five years for the Westmidland Catering Equipment (WCE). WCE are a medium sized company with its head office and manufacturing facilities situated in the West Midlands. They employ about 2000 employees. The company supplies specialist kitchen and food processing appliances. Company's suppliers are located in six different European countries and even in Japan. WCE deals with 70 retailers and 2000 clients within Europe and has recently opened office in New York. Company also has offices situated in several European countries. Therefore the management of data is crucial for their survival and success. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is considered to be the best solution in order to improve company's performance. Different systems were discussed and R/3 from SAP was chosen as the more suitable one. Comparison of similar ERP systems is also provided.

Abstract:
In this assignment Online-Booking system for cinema was implemented. This system is fully functional and works under IIS and PWS servers. Coding was done on ASP and the system uses Access database via ODBC connection. DNS-less connection is also described in the report. Apart from server-side programming, client-side programming (JavaScript and DHTML) was used as well. The following main functions were implemented: Registration of Customers, Customer Login, Search by Date, Search by Title, Logoff, and Ticket purchasing. CSS were in use for laying out visual elements. User's guide and codes are provided.
This assignment paper consists of three parts. In the first one, some ASP coding has been done; there are implemented CSS and DHTML features described in the second one. The actual report itself is in the third part, which is followed by Conclusions, References and Appendices. Screenshots with descriptions are also given.
