The paper reports on the Novotel’s mission statement reviewing the company’s position and conducting analysis of their stakeholders, resources, organisational culture, added value, environment, competition, branding, marketing initiatives, etc. SWOT, PESTEL and Porter’s 5 Forces models are used. Conditions for a successful implementation of the internal development strategy are discussed.
