The paper conducts strategic analysis of the alliance between LoJack, a US company providing recovery systems for stolen vehicles, and Micrologic, a manufacturer of electronic equipment. PEST analysis of the external environment and competitive analysis of the market where the companies operate is conducted using Porter's five forces model and identifying critical success factors the industry. Company analysis and SWOT analysis is performed recommending strategic options for LoJack successful future development.
