I hold two degrees, one undergraduate and one at the Masters level, both in economics and both from the top-five, red-brick universities in the United Kingdom. Inevitably, my main area of expertise is economics, both of the developing and the developed worlds. However, I am very conversant with other disciplines in the social science area that, if employed, could help explain certain phenomena in economics. Outside of academia, however, I am also an over-accomplisher. With extra-curricular excellence in the arts, my underlying strength comes from my ability to balance both the academic and the professional worlds. Since graduating in 2006 with Honours, I have begun building a business model that I believe would be a cornerstone in the way we view, market and regulate the financial markets, especially fixed income products, e.g. bonds. Why bonds? I trade this product during the day and, I also write short novels at the weekend.
