1. What kind of work do you offer?
Our writers are being offered to complete freelance writing work. This will mainly be academic writing (similar to what you did for your own degree) and market research.

2. How much will I be paid?
We usually pay £40–£50 for 1,000 words. However, the price may vary because we aim to motivate our writers to produce high-quality papers. If a 1st degree standard is required or a lot of calculations and/or complex data mining are involved, we may ask you to name your price.

3. How often will I be paid and what will be the method of payment?
At the middle and at the end of each month you will send us invoices for each of the papers you have completed within 2 weeks time, together with the statement of works (a document for copyright transfer) for all papers you have completed within the 2weeks time. As soon as we have these documents, and they are processed through our Financial Department, we will make a payment for all papers you have completed within 2 weeks time at once using online bank transfer. You will get the payment within three working days, direct to your bank account.

To join our team you need to meet the following qualifications and skills:

• The ability to work under pressure to meet each and every deadline, self-discipline and absolute intolerance towards plagiarism.

8. What is your selection procedure?
If we are pleased with your CV and the samples of your papers, we will let you know about that and conduct a phone interview with you. You will need to read them carefully and get back to us within one to two days saying whether you accept the freelance writing job or not. We will then give you a trial assignment and, if you pass, you will be paid and you will then join our team.

19. What makes this work different from the work for any other research or essay-writing company?
First of all our writers’ fee is higher than in any other essay-writing company.
Secondly, we have an individual approach to work, clients and writers. We do not e-mail the same assignment briefs to all writers at once, we look at the availability, skills and interest of a particular writer.
Thirdly, if you have any problem with writing or finding particular material, we will do our best to help you, even another writer’s suggestion may be sent to you. Also if you have any health or family problems, we will do our best to allocate your assignments to other writers (just let us know about your problems immediately).
Fourthly, we have a friendly environment within our Company; we share jokes, and good and bad news with each other, and you will never have any stressful encounters.
Finally, we always appreciate your hard work, and may pay you some bonuses.
20. Are there any ethical issues?
You need to appreciate that we do not push our clients to commit a crime. What we do is try to assist students in completing their projects on time. We act as a knowledge-sharing bank and consultancy service provider. We state clearly that we do not advise our customers to use the materials we provide blindly. However, we cannot always prevent them from doing so.
