1. How do I order my custom-written paper?
On the top right of each web page there is an “Order Custom Research” button. Just click on that button, and you will see a request form (alternatively, click here), simply fill in the request form and send it to us. Please make sure you entered the details correctly (particularly the e-mail address). Please make sure you enter the details correctly (particularly the e-mail address). Please, note that we have a non-disclosure policy. It means that all the information you enter is dealt with confidentiality. Please also provide us with as detailed requirements and assignment brief as possible (e.g. theories, and/or frameworks to be used, reading list, any diagram and/or graph requirements, your preferences regarding the structure and referencing format, etc.). The more detailed requirements you send, the better the paper you will get. Moreover, when you state your deadline, do not put the deadline your tutor has arranged, put your own deadline (e.g. if your tutor’s deadline is 4 April, put in the form 31 March or 1 April); this will give you an opportunity to consider the paper we send to you.
When we receive your completed form, we will e-mail you back saying whether we are able to do your assignment and stating the price. The quote provided will be valid for a specific period of time (from 2 to 72 hours). If you agree on the price, you must confirm your agreement to us within this specified period. We will then forward your assignment to a particular writer to confirm with him/her the price and whether he/she is definitely able to complete your assignment to the required standards. If the writer agrees to complete the assignment we will let you know and ask you to make a payment within a stated period of time (if you delay the payment, your writer will be booked to complete another assignment). Once the payment is received, the writer will start doing your assignment in accordance with your requirements and to the deadline stated in the form. You will subsequently receive the completed paper in your e-mail mailbox.

3. What are your prices?

4. What kind of payments do you accept?
We offer our customers two different payment methods.
1. You can pay to our corporate bank account at HSBC Bank. Payments can be made via cash deposit or bank transfer (via telephone or internet banking if you have one). If you are paying from abroad we will provide you with our IBAN and SWIFT to make an international money transfer. This payment option has a number of benefits. Firstly, there is no risk involved in paying by card. Secondly, you will have a proper payment receipt from HSBC Bank. Thirdly, branches of HSBC Bank are located throughout the country. 2. You can make online payment using your debit or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo, Switch and Maestro. Our card payment provider is WorldPay, which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. WorldPay uses state-of-the-art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to guarantee that all transactions are 100% safe and secure. This is due to the fact that we are charged by WorldPay for accepting card payment and we receive your payment with four weeks delay (whereas we need to pay the writer now).
Normally we require full upfront payment before our writer will start the work, however, for large projects, such as dissertations, we can offer payment by instalment.

5. Can I pay by card?
Unfortunately, not. We used to accept card payments for our custom-written papers, however due to the large volume of fraudulent transactions we can no longer offer this payment option.

6. Can I get a discount?
Yes, we do provide discounts. For example if you order three or more assignments and pay for them together, you might get up to 15% discount depending on the assignments’ tasks. Also, if you are a loyal customer and have already ordered more than four assignments from us, you might get 10–15% discount on the fifth one. Moreover, if your deadline is more than four weeks away, we can also provide you with 5–10% discount (however, this does not apply to dissertations and large projects).

7. What kind of quality do you guarantee?
We produce papers of two quality standards: 2:1 (B) and 1st class (A). You will be asked to specify your preferred quality standard when making an order.

8. How quickly can you write?
We can write an assignment within 1–2 days and a dissertation within a week-fortnight, presuming that we have an available writer; however, this is not always the case. We therefore suggest that you contact us as soon as possible. If you have more than 2-3 weeks until your deadline, we will be able to offer you a discounted price and the best possible writer.

9. When will I receive the completed paper?

10. How do you control the quality of the papers you produce?
We have a Quality Control Department within our Company. When the writer completes a particular assignment, the paper is forwarded to that department and they get back with their comments and suggestions for improvements. The paper will be e-mailed to the customer only when the department approves the quality of the paper. If the quality of the paper is not approved, the writer is asked to make the amendments. Please, note that quality control procedures will not delay completion of the paper. We have an advanced planning system to ensure that customers’ deadlines are met.

11. Will my paper be plagiarism-free?
Before any custom research is sent to clients, it is checked for plagiarism using the well-respected anti-plagiarism system, "MyDropBox". We take plagiarism very seriously. As such, our writers face dismissal if they do not adhere to these standards.

12. Do you introduce amendments if I require them?
Yes, we do. However, you have 48 hours after you receive the paper to get back to us and request the amendments (for a dissertation, you have one week). We will consider your request and if it is indeed in line with your initial requirements we will introduce amendments for free. Should the requested amendments introduce additional issues or requirements for the paper, not stated in the initial request form, then an additional charge might be applied.

13. May I submit the paper you have written for me?
No you cannot. It is clearly stated in any UK university plagiarism rules that you are not allowed to submit a paper which you have not written yourself. Thus, to ensure we are not engaged in plagiarism, we do not allow papers we have written for you, in whole or part, to be submitted without proper acknowledgment. 14. Do you publish the paper you have written for me?
Yes. In one month’s time after the completion we publish the paper on our website, and three months’ after the completion we publish a dissertation. If you wish us to delay publication of your paper on our site for a longer period of time, you will need to pay £50 per month; however, the maximum period you can delay publication for is three months.

15. Can I contact the writer directly?
No, all correspondence will go through our Customer Service Department. Everything you e-mail to the writer will be forwarded to them unchanged.

16. Do you provide a proof-reading service? How much will it cost?
Yes, we provide a proof-reading service. We can check and correct your grammar, spelling and overall style, however we do not make amendments or adjustments in the content. The price for proof-reading depends on the quality and complexity of your paper. To find out the price, e-mail your paper to us stating your deadline. Once we receive it, we will e-mail you back stating the price.
