How to buy the paper
It is easy to purchase a paper from our website. Simply find the one you want and click on the "Download this Paper" button. You will then be directed to WorldPay, the site of our secure payment provider. Simply select your card type by clicking on the appropriate button. A new form will open asking for your card details, name, address, postcode and security code (the last three digits located on the signature panel on the reverse of your card). Please make sure you fill in all details correctly when making the purchase. You should receive the paper by e-mail within a few minutes of the payment going through.
Payment
Our standard payment methods are:
• Credit or debit card payment through our secure payment provider Worldpay, which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo, Switch and Maestro.
• PayPal. Using PayPal you can pay from your account balance or with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
If you do not have a card, PayPal or do not wish to provide your details on-line you have the following payment options:
1. Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit. Please note that it may take several days for us to receive the money and we will only send you the paper upon the receipt of funds. If you would like to use this option, e-mail us at contact@papers4you.com stating which paper you would like to buy and we will invoice you with payment details.
2. You can easily obtain a pre-paid cash card from providers such as VirginMoney or Splash Plastic. It takes just minutes and you don't even need bank account.
Delivery
We deliver our papers IMMEDIATELY after payment is received. All papers are delivered via email as an attachment. Papers come in Microsoft® Word format so you can easily edit, copy or print out your paper.
If you do not have a copy of Microsoft® Word, you may view the document with the Microsoft® Word Viewer, which is available as a free download at Microsoft® Web Site.
Please note that it may take several days for us to receive the money if you are paying via Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit, and we will only send you the paper upon the receipt of funds.
If you have not received the paper within 1 hour please email us at contact@papers4you.com and provide the following information: Worldpay Transaction ID (9 digit number), reference number/title of the paper and your name and phone number (in case you do not receive our emails). If possible, please provide us with an alternative e-mail address for delivery.

How to find a suitable paper
The easiest and quickest way to find a suitable paper is to use our search facility. Simply type some keywords into the search window below, press Search and see if we have a paper suitable for you. For best results start with one or two keywords and add more later to refine the results.
If you are searching for a dissertation, add the word “dissertation” along with your keyword(s). If you require a dissertation with proposal, add “dissertation” and “proposal” along with your keyword(s).
If you are looking for a case study-based paper (e.g. News Corporation case from Johnson and Scholes "Exploring Corporate Strategy: text and cases") type the name of the company into the search facility. You can also search by number of words in the paper (e.g. 3000 words). If you know the number of the paper you are looking for (e.g. C/B/300) simply type it into the search.
If you can not find a suitable paper on our website we can either write a paper tailored to your needs, or you can email us your requirements and we can help you locate a suitable paper.
I want to obtain more information about the paper before purchasing it. How do I do this? We will be happy to provide you with more detailed information regarding the paper you want to purchase. Normally we will send you an executive summary, an introduction and a contents page (subject to availability). If you require any specific information, please indicate this. Email us at contact@papers4you.com, stating the name and number of the paper you are interested in (e.g. P/B/477. Report on Tesco).
Can you recommend which paper(s) would be suitable for me? It is company policy to not allow our operators to suggest whether a paper is suitable or not. This is because our operators are not specialists and can therefore not express objective judgements. However, upon request, we can send you further information about a paper. Please refer to the previous question.
What are the prices? Our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. If your account is in a currency other than UK pounds Sterling you will be charged the equivalent amount in your currency.

Reference Lists are priced at £1.99 each.
Can I get a discount? Yes. First of all, we will give a 10% discount to any customer buying three or more papers at once. To get this discount please email us at contact@papers4you.com stating which three or more papers you want to purchase. Our operators will then make a special discounted payment link for you.
In addition we sometimes give discounts on the purchase of papers which cost more than £100. To get this discount email us at contact@papers4you.com stating which paper(s) you wish to buy. We will do our best to offer you the cheapest possible price.
Lastly, we always give discounts to loyal customers. If you have purchased from us before email us at contact@papers4you.com stating the transaction IDs of your previous purchases and you will get a discount on the paper you want to buy. Sometimes you may even get the paper you want for FREE!

I’ve bought a paper; do I need to buy the Reference List separately? No. All papers are fully referenced and comprehensive reference lists are provided at the end. However, if you want you can buy the Reference List only for a price of £1.99. You can do this by clicking on the "Download only Reference List" button instead of the "Download this Paper" button.
Can the paper be removed from the website for a period of time? This can be arranged; however sellers of some papers may refuse to remove their papers. If you would like a particular paper to be removed, please contact us at contact@papers4you.com and provide us with the reference number of the paper and number of weeks/months for which you would like the paper to be removed. If you would like us to remove the paper forever – you can buy the paper with copyright through our Exclusive Buyout service.
Can I buy a paper with the copyright? Papers are usually sold without copyright, but you can use our Exclusive Buyout service to buy the copyright of some papers. If you choose Exclusive Buyout it guarantees that you are the last person to buy this paper. Please note that sellers of some papers may refuse to sell their copyright. Therefore we can only confirm availability of Exclusive Buyout upon request.
Can I receive my paper by fax or post? Our standard delivery method is email as it is free, quick and convenient to our customers. However, if you wish to receive the paper by fax or post, this can be arranged for an additional fee by contacting us.
How should I use the paper? You are not allowed to submit our papers – you should use them as research tools. You can, however, quote from our papers as long as you reference your quotations correctly. More information can be obtained from our Acceptable Use Policy and Suggested Use Policy.
What if I am not satisfied with the paper I purchased? If you are not satisfied with the paper you purchased we will try our best to put the matter right. It is up to the management to decide whether or not a refund should be issued. To apply for a refund, please email a formal letter to us, stating why this product does not satisfy your requirements. Please make direct comparisons with the information available on our website or received from our operators, highlighting the differences between what is indicated on the website versus the actual content of the paper. You also need to attach your full contact details, purchase transaction ID number and any other supplementary information you consider necessary.
