Terms & Conditions of the Trade Plan

By submitting the SELL form and attaching the papers you confirm that all of the information submitted is correct, that you are the copyright holder for those papers and that you have the right to sell them.
Upon receipt of your paper we will assess them for quality, plagiarism and sales potential. If your papers meet our requirements we will make you an offer. We reserve the right to decline any paper without explanation.
If we suspect you are not the author and/or copyright holder of the paper, we reserve the right to ask for proof of your ID.
Upon receipt of our offer you will have seven days to accept it. If we do not hear from you within seven days, or if you decline the offer, we will delete your papers.
If you accept an offer we will ask you to provide your full name, address and your bank details. We will then transfer your payment to the bank account provided within five working days.
We reserve the right to reveal your details to a third party at our discretion if we suspect you are not the copyright holder of the paper or if we are contacted by someone claiming to be a copyright holder for those papers.
By accepting our offer and accepting the payment, you officially transfer the copyright of your papers to us. After we complete the purchase of your papers, you cannot sell, distribute or donate them. Should you do so or we find these papers available somewhere else (free or for a fee) you will be liable to pay us compensation as requested by our lawyers. Should you refuse the payment of the compensation, we will take you to court.
