I have a First Class Honours Degree in Humanities, my main subjects being English Literature and History (including historical research). I have worked for many years as a part-time family history researcher and I am currently self-employed as a freelance writer. I have written three novels and two e-books (one on researching ancestry). My specialist subjects are English Literature (in particular, Shakespeare and Victorian literature), English History from 16th to 19th centuries and Historical Research. I have also taught literacy and communication skills and can write within the subject area of English Language.
