This study is focusing on developing a marketing plan for Hermes mobile network which is a nonexistent mobile service. Hermes is a mobile network that only offers pay as you go phone service with the combination of monthly contract phone benefits. For example, customers can purchase insurance for their mobile handsets and they can get 200 up to 500 free minutes any time any network when they top-up ?20 and ?25/month.
