The paper examines the situation in UK hotels arguing that they should renegotiate their contract with the UK based supplier, who manufacture and distribute complimentary items for hotel guest rooms. The current buyer-supplier relationship is explored describing the changes introduced by the UK supplier and explaining the buyer’s reasons for not considering international outsourcing contracts.
