The background of the company is reviewed, their subcultures and cultural values are defined, organisational structure is described and analysed with relation to the cultural values and behaviour at different levels of management. Internal analysis of REB is conducted using McKinsey’s 7S model, external PESTEL and SWOT analysis is conducted, change options for the company are considered, recommendations to the company management are suggested.
