This paper examines the concept of organizational change at the Holy Cross Hospital Kerala State, in India. The paper identifies the main objectives of the change at the hospital, as well as the main drivers for the change. These drivers are categorized as economic, political, social and environmental influences. The model that helped the drivers for change take place is assessed, and the process of change is evaluated. The way in which employees resisted the change is discussed through examination of total quality management (TQM), Leadership, and project planning. The paper concludes by summarizing how successful the change process was in relation to the hospitals initial objectives.
