This paper examines 107 Polish Immigrants in the UK, focusing on their socio-cultural and psychological adjustment by using self reporting questionnaires. The paper introduces the topic by explaining the affects that immigration can have on the migrants, and highlights socio-cultural and psychological impacts as two of them. The aim of the study is to replicate the results of previous published data and to provide additional information on the variables which influence psychological adjustment. The questionnaire focused on a variety of topics, including age, sex, occupational status, psychological adaption, socio-cultural adjustment, and many more. The findings are analysed in great detail in the discussion and conclusion sections.
