This paper examines the results of a questionnaire which focused on university accommodation and facilities. The questionnaire was completed by 100 students at the University of Hertfordshire. The results are analysed, and the paper then suggests ways in which the survey could have been completed differently. Conclusions are made regarding recommendations.
