This paper aims to assess how ICT can be meaningfully brought into and used in the English classroom. The paper aims to discuss Web Based Language Assessment (WBLA), to present a response to an online test by foreign adult students and to evaluate how online services can be used in the classroom. The paper explains the definition of assessment, followed by a discussion involving WBLA.
