This Masters proposal is based on a study that aims to examine how ICT has contributed to teachers in schools in Saudi Arabia. The proposal introduces the proposed area of study, followed by the aims and objectives. The study aims to examine the impact of the different methodologies which are commonly used by teachers in Saudi Arabia for the teaching of Arabic, to identify common developments in Arabic teaching through the implementation of ICT and how the needs of different students can be better met, and to summarise the most common obstacles for successful educational provisions. The plan for the literature review and the research methodology are highlighted, along with the ethical and confidential issues relating to the study.
