The dissertation explores the impact of technological innovations on UK human resource management with the focus on the employee recruitment practices. Literature is reviewed on the organisation of the hiring process highlighting the benefits and faults of the online recruitment and selection (R&S), the technologies of the online R&S, etc. The methods of the research include primary data collected from questionnaires distributed among HR managers in small UK companies.
