This is a proposal for a study on the development of female leadership through childhood intervention. The aims are to explore the evolution of childhood personalities as influenced during school and other juvenile activities, where as these female leaders could be said to derive their future success, to explore the impact of parental and third-party influences upon the evolving young female personality, to make a list of common attributes of such promising young children and to reflect upon them as future directions for managing young childhood behavior, and to pave the way for further research for the development of quality and effective female leadership development programs and opportunities as early childhood interventions. The paper outlines the practical implications of the research and the literature review, and discusses the expected conclusions of the review. The methodology and data collection methods are examined, and the paper discusses the ethical considerations.
