The dissertation examines the policies of the UK financial services organisation PwC with regard to their human resource management (HRM). Literature is reviewed on the definitions of well-being, the importance of employees’ well-being for the organisation, factors influencing employee well-being, etc. The methodology of the research includes analysis of secondary sources and primary data obtained from a survey questionnaire distributed among the employees of PwC Assurance Department. Conclusions are made about the levels of employees’ satisfaction, stress, fatigue and work-life imbalance recommending to enhance support from managers and improve communication with senior management.
