This proposal outlines the research to investigate the role of gender in relation to motivation and job satisfaction amongst teachers in Saudi Arabia. The review of literature aims to focus on job satisfaction and motivation to give a full evaluation of the topic. The methodology is clearly structured and uses qualitative data collection methods like, unstructured interviews with the case study head teachers, and questionnaires for male and female teachers to get data on motivation and job satisfaction.
