This paper looks at the Mitsubishi Group in relation to organisational culture aspects, namely cross cultural management. The paper begins by presenting background information on the organisation and on the study, and details the theoretical framework. Mitsubishi in relation to cross cultural management is then discussed, and the issue is analysed in detail. Mitsubishi and the Japanese high context culture are discussed, followed by the five dimensions of culture framework. Conclusions are made regarding recommendations for the effects of cross cultural management at Mitsubishi.
