This dissertation explores the impacts of induction programmes at Saudi Aramco. The study aims to examine the employee perception on the induction at Saudi Aramco, to determine the impact of induction on the employees, and to analyse the impact of the current economic condition on induction. The review of literature focuses on providing a definition for inductions, the impact inductions have on new staff, as well as the content of inductions. The study then provides information of the methodology used for the study, and outlines aspects relating to the philosophy, approach, strategy, and data collection methods. The next section outlines and analyses the findings of the study, and the dissertation concludes with recommendations.
