The review of literature discusses employee turnover, methods of calculating employee turnover, causes of employee turnover, theoretical models, motivational theories, the psychological contract, and job satisfaction. Data is collected through secondary research and questionnaires. The dissertation analyses, and concludes all of the topics discussed.
