The dissertation investigates the level of engagement in employees of a multinational Irish company operating in the logistics and transport industry. Literature is reviewed on theoretical HRM approaches to work engagement including its measurements, drivers, importance, etc. Primary research is conducted on the basis of 56 questionnaires to determine the impact of employee surveys on employee engagement in the selected company. Conclusions are made about the levels of employee engagement suggesting recommendations about the ways to enhance it.
