This paper looks at the WEEE directive in relation to the business and public sector, by looking at the E-Inclusion business model. The paper argues that the success of the E-Inclusion approach is two-fold, 1) refurbishing and reconditioning the WEEE means that the market for second hand WEEE is opened to the company, and 2) the provision of free computers and services to socially excluded groups and those who aid these groups. The paper looks at sustainability and waste management by using E-Inclusion and their Recycling plan as a case study.
