The paper looks at the response of organisations to the effects of globalization identifying the forces and drivers of globalization, their implications for groups operating across borders, the ways in which globalization has forced changes in firms’ structures, etc. Examples are provided of successful transnational corporations (TNC) and the lessons that others can learn from their experiences.
