The paper examines the implications of the American company AES venture into Nigeria providing the background of the company, and describing the situation in Nigeria with its threats of political conflicts, poor infrastructure, strong corruption and bribery, peculiar work culture, and ethical dilemmas that may force AES to compromise their principles.
