The paper focuses on the personal development of an entrepreneur. Applying theoretical framework, it reflects on different aspects of entrepreneurial development. The paper will consider entrepreneurial development within several dimensions. Entrepreneurial motivations represent a complex and somewhat ethereal weave of psychological, social and economic factors that appear to present a certain research challenge. The last part deals with the way entrepreneur may use acquired knowledge in business and limitations to the use of certain theoretical models.
