This paper focuses on two companies 3X and 3Y, and aims to perform a financial analysis and is split into three sections. The first part of the paper examines the return on equity (ROE) and other ratio analyses. The gross profit margins for both companies are assessed, as is the Return on capital employed (ROCE), leverage risk, liquidity, current ratio, and P/E ratio.
