The paper presents a creep life (CL) assessment of a pressurised thin walled cylinder for a high temperature application employing the Larson and Miller method. The relationship between CL and the wall thickness of the cylinder is studied to examine relationship between CL and the operating temperature of the cylinder. It is found that CL exponentially increases with the wall thickness of the cylinder and that CL is exponentially decreasing when the operating temperature is increasing.
