This paper discusses the link between aid and growth, and the other variables that affect them both. The paper aims to evaluate whether foreign aid affects GDP per capita growth, by discussing 52 countries, including upper-middle income countries (UMCs), lower-middle income countries (LMCs), and low-income countries (LICs). The paper constructs an economic and econometric model, the paper follows this with an analysis of the data, estimation procedures and the regression results. The paper concludes by summarising the main findings.
