This report aims to provide a comparison between the hard-coded websites and the ones built upon template creation tools. Hard-coded websites are the ones which are developed using programming and programming languages such as: PHP, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSHARP, etc. While the websites built upon templates are the ones, which are created by using templates provided from software such as Publisher, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc.
