This dissertation investigates the buying behaviour of online fashion customers in Hong Kong. The study has a wide variety of objectives, some of which are to explore the extent of usage and popularity of online shopping investigate the role of trust in online consumer buying behaviour, to explore the factors that influence customers in Hong Kong to trust and use internet marketing services of online fashion brands, to explore the factors that aid in online decision making for the Hong Kong customers of the online fashion brands, and to critically analyse the internet marketing strategies adopted by the online fashion brands to build confidence, trust and loyalty amongst its customers. The review of literature discusses a range of topics, some of which include buyer behaviour in Hong Kong, trust, internet marketing in Hong Kong, and perceived risk. The details of the methodology are provided, and this section also details the data collection methods.
