This study is based on Tesco online and in store shopping and aims to find out how consumer behaviour towards food retail shopping has evolved over the past few decades. The study also aims to find out the attitude towards offline shopping at Tesco, to find out the attitude towards online shopping at Tesco, to make a comparison of online and offline shopping at Tesco, and to conclude which one is preferred by the consumers at Tesco and why. The review of literature discusses topics like consumer behaviour, food retail shopping, and motives to shopping online and in store. The research methods and tools used are identified, and the paper then analyses the findings in great detail. The paper then concludes with recommendations based on the findings.
