This is the first step of research to gain a better understanding of small and medium-sized firms' managers' attitude towards electronic marketing. The factors that influence managers of small and medium-sized firms to use technology and electronic marketing as a business solution are examined. The strategies to increase trust and usage of online service and digital direct marketing is also evaluated along with the analysis of possible solutions that small and medium-sized firms can adopt to increase the usage and trust of customers in the future.
