The dissertation examines the issues of cruise tourism to the Isle of Man. A review of literature is provided on direct, indirect and induced economic benefits afforded by tourism, the theory of consumer behaviour, etc. Primary research is conducted in the form of a questionnaire aimed at the passengers of two cruise liners that visit the Isle of Man. Conclusions are made about the benefits that could be gained from cruise tourism for the Isle of Man including the assessment of the customers' perceived value and loyalty towards the Island as a cruise tourism destination.
