The paper proposes research into the dynamics of cross-cultural project management (PM) within the tourism industry. Literature is reviewed on the importance of cross-cultural PM in contemporary business environment, a study of PM dynamics in a cross-cultural scenario is suggested exploring its impact on the project implementation with aim to provide recommendations on the effective cross-cultural PM strategies in the tourism industry. The methods, timeline and limitations of the research are outlined.
