The dissertation investigates customers' decision making about purchasing London city cruises seeking to identify its economic benefits. The review of literature touches on the theory of consumer behaviour, the factors behind buying behaviours and purchase decision making, the features of the leisure cruise business in London, etc. A study is conducted to identify the factors that motivate customers to increase their spending during the city cruise trip. The methods of the research are based on secondary sources and primary data collected via a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. Conclusions are made about consumer demographics and perceptions of cruise and leisure products and services. Recommendations are suggested along the lines of the marketing mix 4P model about the improvements in the areas that currently do not meet the satisfaction of customers.
