The dissertation investigates the concept of stress for working students. The literature review touches on the definitions of stress, the link between stress and work performance, general sources of stress in students, stress at workplace, students' response to stress and the impact of dual sources of stress on their academic performance. The methodology is based on secondary research and primary research of the data obtained through the survey and focus group discussion. Conclusions are made that working students are more vulnerable to stress than non working students
