The analysis of the SFHA was conducted using SWOT, PEST, Rich Picture, Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and Curries Four Stages of Growth Model. Case study findings are discussed in theoretical and practical context. Conclusions are made about defining the success of IS projects.
