The aim of the dissertation is to examine the determinants of successful performance in expatriates analyzing the correlation between organizational, individual, environmental, cultural and other factors. The review of literature covers the problems of expatriation, expatriate adjustment and failure, expatriate recruitment and management, cross-cultural training, repatriation, etc. The methods of research include primary (questionnaires) and secondary data collection and interpretation to test the authors hypotheses using SPSS software.
