The dissertation investigates the system of management accounting used in Chinese banks describing various organizational structures, the principles of internal governance and enterprise resources planning (ERP). The ERP of commercial banks is analyzed including the systems of customer relationship management (CRM), PEST analysis, operating costs, etc. The concept of Economic Value Added (EVA) as enterprise performance evaluation is examined with reference to Chinese commercial banks. The issues of implementing EVA evaluation system in China are considered, examination of responsibility centres is performed, the implementation of the internal fund transfer pricing system (FTP) and the balanced scorecard (BSC) method is described.
