The dissertation examines e-consumer behaviour towards online shopping in Saudi Arabia. Literature is reviewed on the functional, social, experiential, situational and consumer-related factors that influence e-behaviour. The methodology of the research includes analysis of primary data collected from a random sample of online consumers via questionnaires. Conclusions are made about the relevance of each group of factors for the shaping of e-consumer behaviour in Saudi Arabia.
