The paper presents three exercises on quantitative statistic analysis: the first exercise presents calculations on the basis of the data obtained via a psychological test Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes (SSHA) designed to measure the motivation, study habits and attitudes towards learning in college students to establish whether SSHA are gender related. The second exercise explores the relationship between highway death rate and different types of vehicles. The third exercise addresses the health risks of obesity in the UK with regard to the variables of gender, family history, motivation, etc. The paper has no references.
