The paper presents inferential and correlation analysis of four hypotheses related to the attitudes and intentions of international graduate students towards incurring debt for future post graduate studies in the UK. Perceptions of international students towards postgraduate studies at the University of Hertfordshire are examined using the methods of descriptive statistics and frequency distribution. Recommendations are suggested about the international recruitment strategy of the University.
