This proposal focuses on the development of an electronic quality management system, and uses the Ministry of Culture and Information in Saudi Arabia as a case study. The study aims to analyse the current Quality Management Systems of the Organisation, to identify the benefits of electronic quality management systems as far as the organisation is concerned, to describe the quality requirements of the organisation, and to analyse the effectiveness of the organisation’s current quality management system. The background to the study is provided, along with the research question and hypotheses. Data collection methods are evaluated as are the proposed methodology. Limitations to the study are detailed, along with the ethical considerations.
