The paper addresses the needs of Fat Fee Driving School (FFDS) instructors in an electronic file system and a customer database. Analysis of the current database is conducted by a database consultant based on Soft System Methodology (SSM), Root definitions, Rich systems and primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The aims and requirements of the new information system (TS) are outlined, its implementation by the FFDS is described.
